EXCEPCIONES CONTRADICTORIAS. SON LAS DE NEGACION DE LA RELACION LABORAL Y LA DE ABANDONO DE TRABAJO.
Cuando la demandada se excepciona argumentando la falta de relación laboral y, al mismo tiempo, opone la de abandono de empleo, tiene que reconocerse que esas excepciones son contradictorias, puesto que es ilógico que no existiendo relación laboral, sí haya abandono de empleo a cargo de un mismo asalariado o viceversa.
