AMPARO. COPIAS DE DOCUMENTOS ANEXOS A LA DEMANDA DE. NO ES REQUISITO INDISPENSABLE PARA ADMITIRLA.
La exhibición de copias de los documentos que se anexan a la demanda de garantías, no es un requisito que se exija en la Ley de Amparo como indispensable para que aquélla se admita, puesto que las únicas copias que conforme al artículo 120 de la propia ley se deben exhibir, y que el numeral 146 siguiente autoriza a requerir, son las del escrito de demanda de amparo que no hayan sido presentadas y que sean necesarias para las demás partes en el juicio.
