DETENTACION. NO LA PROTEGE EL ARTICULO 14 CONSTITUCIONAL.
Si los quejosos motu proprio entraron a poseer el inmueble, cuya desposesión reclaman, es claro que éstos no son más que simples detentadores de tal bien y, por esto, tal acto de detentación no lo protege el artículo 14 constitucional.
