CONTRAFIANZA EN EL AMPARO, OPORTUNIDAD PARA OTORGARLA.
Tratándose del ejercicio del derecho concedido por el artículo 126 de la Ley de Amparo a la parte tercera perjudicada, ésta puede hacer uso de ese derecho en cualquier momento, mientras en definitiva no sea fallado el amparo.
