TESTAMENTO, NULIDAD DEL, CUANDO EL OTORGANTE PADECE TRASTORNO MENTAL. PRUEBA.
Para acreditar que exista un trastorno mental, es necesaria la prueba pericial de médicos especialistas en enfermedades mentales, por ser ésta la adecuada y necesaria para demostrar la incapacidad mental de una persona, y no pretender justificar mediante testigos.
