TITULO DE REPARACION Y A PETICION DEL INTERESADO, CUANDO ESTE FUERA
ABSUELTO, EL HECHO IMPUTADO NO CONSTITUYERA DELITO, O EL NO LO
HUBIERE COMETIDO, Y EN EL SUPUESTO PREVISTO POR EL ARTICULO 113 DE
ESTE CODIGO.
