Artículo 10

ARTÍCULO 10.- El Personal Temporal y el Asimilado, carecen del derecho a las licencias que prevé el párrafo tercero del artículo 50 de la Ley. Una vez concluido el nombramiento otorgado no podrán continuar utilizando el título o rango que les haya sido conferido.
