ARRENDAMIENTO. APLICACION DEL DECRETO DE 24 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1948 A CONTRATOS CELEBRADOS EL 1o. DE ENERO DE 1949.
De acuerdo con el artículo 4 del Código Civil en relación con el 1, transitorio, del decreto de 24 de diciembre de 1948, éste empezó a regir desde el 1 de enero de 1949, siendo aplicable únicamente a los contratos de arrendamiento que ya existieran celebrados con anterioridad, esto es, a aquéllos que se concertaron hasta el día inmediato anterior o sea el 31 de diciembre de 1948. Por tanto, no es aplicable al contrato suscrito el 1 de enero de 1949 o sea exactamente el mismo día en que entró en vigor el citado decreto.
